What we do in this class
Hip hop is a high energy form of dance which is exciting and less structured than other forms of dance. It originated in the 1970’s in America and consists of several different dance styles. It’s hugely popular with people who want to dance like dancers they see on television and in music videos.
Classes are available for different age groups and abilities. They do not follow a syllabus but instead focus on learning cool new moves and routines, danced to current music tracks.
Teaching is at a manageable pace in a relaxed environment. Hip Hop helps to develop rhythm and co-ordination, improve flexibility and is a seriously enjoyable way of keeping fit.
